Meet Claire

The person behind The Indigo Bridge

I am a Psychosynthesis coach, Reiki practitioner and Healing Trust member, and my work brings together coaching, intuition and energy work.

I qualified with The Healing Trust in 2005 and trained in Reiki shortly afterwards. Over the years, I have worked in hospices, refuges, hospitals and therapy centres, supporting people through times of change, uncertainty and transition. Coaching is a more recent addition to my practice. I have a close association with The Harry Edwards Foundation.

What has remained constant is my interest in the meeting point between the psychological and the spiritual, the practical and the intuitive.

I believe we often know more than we think we do. My work is about helping you reconnect with that knowing.
